This person told me that human resource management is like the Central Processing Unit (CPU) of a company. All the files of the employee were properly managed and kept, like the file 201. Human resource management knows most of all the files of the company like payroll, hiring,appointments, memorandums, benefits, salary increase, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later on he told me that their company is different from other companies, in their company the HR is under the administration not like in the companies that have another department as HR. In their company the executive secretary is directly connected to the president. the executive secretary holds the files like memorandums, hiring, appointments and other documents.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  It made me compare their company to our adopted company.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Actually when we visited our company two months ago there was a short discussion about the nature, scope and role of the human resource management.The HRD of our company is a separate department. Since our company was the City Government its scope is within the city government, its nature and role is to take care the people within its scope. It include Personnel Selection and Transaction like recruitment, placement and selection. The Personnel Planning and Management like incentives and rewards, promotion, training and development, personnel actions and administrative sanctions. Human Resource Development which include training and scholarship grants.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But then, I agree with him. Even though their HR in the company is different from others, the same service they give to each employee. The courses BSIT and BSCS provide the needs of the people, enhancing things to ease the work of the people. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;___&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;HRM is included in the BSCS/BSIT curriculum because it enhances our skills and knowledge useful for developing and operating a business. In our school, the BSIT included HRM in the curriculum while the BSCS did not. That made me think that maybe BSCS don't have HRM subject because IT is more on people ware, it deals more with people while CS deals more with computers. But that's only in our school; maybe in other schools they included HRM in the curriculum of BSIT, BSCS, and other related courses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;___&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;Today's generation always rely on high technologies that are manage by professionals and soon by us. And because of these "high tech" things, it &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt;can make their work faster and more organized than manual.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Soon, it looks like computers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; will take over the job of some people. Like for example, our education, I can imagine that later on, students will attend&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; their classes not in the classrooms anymore but by only facing in the computer, they can learn exactly the same&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; way like going to school everyday like we are doing today. No need to worry on your fare in the PUV or oil price&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; hike if you have car. It does not matter anymore if&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; you live in Philippines, Mexico, US or other places in the world&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; because it is also possible that your classmates can be in the other side of the world.No need to travel far to learn because it&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; is just a one click away.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   The technology today is getting&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; better and better and soon it will be the best! But we must always remember to take good care of our environment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; because it is not like the computer that have undo, redo and retrieve. If we make a mistake that can destroy our&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:orange;"&gt; environment we cannot apply here the undo, refresh and retrieve.
